We are excited to announce that we have curated a group show and collaborative zine exhibit in the AS220 Reading Room, located in their Project Space at 93 Mathewson St. Based on one of our main interests as Amigos, we asked a handful of our artist friends to participate in Amigos & Friends. These artists in turn asked a friend to also exhibit in the show, either on collaborative or separate work. In addition to these pieces, all artists were encouraged to submit printed matter which will be on view alongside a selection of Amigos zines (and zines by other amigos), to highlight the atmosphere of AS220's Reading Room. The opening reception of Amigos & Friends will be held on Sunday October 2nd from 4-7PM. The exhibition will then be on display through the month of October.
