Mel Bochner Via MIT Press

If you're up to date on things like the MIT Press then this is WAY old news but if you're like me, MIT isn't number one on the web surfing menu. Luckily all of the press's podcasts are archived and episode 12 interviews Mel Bochner. The interview touches on breaking the unspoken rule of artist as art critic/reviewer and how writing and language became part of his own work. I highly recommend giving the interview a listen as Bochner is engaging and candid. Plus, he made a bunch of work involving FAX machines which is just pretty sweet. See Bochner's pieces from the online gallery, This Long Century, here.
